Claire comes to Modern Meetings with 13 years of meeting planning experience and a degree in Operations Management.  Claire excels in pre-planning from research and venue selection to creating and managing the program budget and ensuring all expenses are accounted for. Creative yet highly methodical, Claire brings concepts to life through thoughtful design and branding ideas, curating every detail from décor to customized guest experiences. She’s also the one we turn to organize complex workflows, assign, and track tasks, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Originally from the east coast but now based in Orange County CA, Claire enjoys early morning coffee beach walks, practicing yoga, cooking, and researching the latest and greatest luxury hotels.
